I ordered a nono hair removal device and received two devices (on separate days). Being honest, I called the nono call centre and spoke to Roshan, who arranged for a courier to pick up the extra device. I enquired about an incentive for my honesty, and was told by him that he would get back to me. A week later I received a call from the call centre enquiring about the return of my device, after explaining to them what happened and that I did not need to be refunded, I asked to be put through to Roshan. He told me that he had sent an e-mail to the pertinent party regarding my incentive but that it was their Jewish holiday so he would give me an answer the following week. To this date, he has not contacted me. This is highly unprofessional and unexpected from a company which advertises about the good quality of their products and services. Furthermore the 60 day money back guarantee is not adequate as it takes much longer than that to see stunted hair growth.
