Mouldy Pringle Chip

I purchased a tube of Pringles sour cream and onion chips on 24-04-13

inside I found a chip covered in a fungal type of material

when calling the call centre with the complaint they said
they would come pick the chips up and investigate the matter

its been over week now and there still has not been any customer service reply
