IM MAKING A FOLLOW UP IN CONNECTION WITH MY PHONE WHICH IS WITH YOU FOR REPAIRS. I THINK I REALLY NEED MY PHONE BACK NOW CZ ITS BEEN A LONG TIME AND IT WAS A PETTY THING.THE REASON WHY I SAY ITS A PETTY THING IS THAT: WHEN I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM SOMEONE ELSE IT DOESN'T DISPLAY THE NUMBER OR NAME OF THE PERSON WHO'S CALLING, IT'S ONLY DISPLAYED "EMERGENCY CALL" AND EVEN IF I'M MAKING A PHONE CALL IT DOES THE SAME THING. SO I REQUESTED THEM TO ACTIVATY IT AND THEY DID SEND THE COURIER TO COME AND TAKE IT. I SPOKE TO ONE OF YOU THE OTHER DAY HE SAID IT WILL ONLY TAKE 2-3 WEEKS.
SO COULD YOU PLEASE SPEED UP THIS PROCESS CAUSE I CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY SOMETHING I DO NOT USE AND TO ME IT'S A CHALLENGE CAUSE I ONLY HAD THAT PHONE.
