Being Charged R17.00 for Calling me and R2.00 sms

So these attorneys (Debt collectors) are cahrging me R17.00 for calling me and R2.00 for smsing me. How the do they expect me to pay the account if they keep adding all these stupid extra charges that were NOT communicated to me. As it is, i'm having trouble paying that stupid account and they just keep adding on. They cahrge way more than all the known tele communications companies!!! what the for???
