BAD BUSINESS ETHICS

I was requested to pay 50 % of a fee into Mr Roger Knowles trust Account for an assessment which never materialised or progressed. Mr Knowles was very quick to mail me with his banking details stipulating what was required to be paid from my side and his clients. I did the EFT immediately and replied to his mail attaching the proof of payment, he responded stating that I would be contacted shortly to schedule the assessment, this was on the 05 February 2013. Since then I have received no other correspondences regarding my payment for the assessment. Mr Knowles client stated to me that she has no intent of progressing with the assessment. I have been mailing Mr Knowles since the 28 February 2013 querying the status of the assessment and the refund of my deposit. However he fails to respond to my emails. A brief cell phone call with him promised that if his client does not wish to progress with the assessment he would refund my money. Several other mails sent thereafter receive no response. When he requested the deposit I did the EFT immediately but to get my refund is becoming very frustrating. An Attorney should practice GOOD BUSINESS ETHICS, not exploit people for financial gain.
