DROPPED TELEPHONE

Mariana called me 3 or 4 weeks ago stating that i still owe them three handred and some thing i dont remember clearly what the exact amont was. And i asked her what is that amount for because i had settled my account at Mr Price long time ago!! She said it the amount has interest because i didnot pay them directly and they where doing the work for Mr Price. Then i said alright could she please send me a break down of the account. Sincce then she didnot send anything. She only send me the break down today 21/02/2013, and it had interest added to it!! I called her to ask her why does it have interest on because i wanted to get the break down and pay but she delayed to give me my outstanding amount via email 3 or 4 weeks ago.

I called her and she first said she cant hear me and im mummbling and i gave her my reference number she just droped the phone whilst i was still talking. I called again and she dropped the phone again and i called the third time and another lady answerd and said she is busy on another call. She is very very rude to do that!! I have wasted my time and air time trying to contact her and she is being so unprofessional and has a bad attitude!!
