Shocking service

How could, I be asked my ID, cell number, Case number by the switchboard the next thing is call gets transferred to legal adviser also ask me the same questions! I am really getting bad service here, the request was logged last Friday 15th Feb 2013. Can someone assist me with the case for my custody and full parental rights of unmarried fathers as I am not getting any luck! Someone called this morning and I asked for the details to be emailed but the lady offered to SMS me nothing was received- I need this documents please for court!
If possible- I would like the humble lady Auxillia or Kwezi to assist me regarding my matter and I am not getting exceptional service with other legal advisers. I never had issues with the above two in my previous issues! As the maintenance presentations were done and all went well now. I don't have contact with the child.
