I am being hounded by the call center as well as getting sms's about my TV licence, after advising you and also sending an affidavit stating that I no longer own a TV. I have instructed the call center not to call me but the agent says she is going to put it down on my file that someone must call me everyday! They are rude and this is unacceptable!!! Interest has been to what could have been a minimal amount and is growing!!! Will someone sort this out!!!
