Attempting to intimidate on a non existant debt

Planet Fitness has sold an apparent debt to Excalibur 9 YEARS AFTER THE FACT, when debt expires after three years. I say apparent debt, because according to my knowledge, the contract, with Planet Fitness, which was not being paid by myself, had expired, and had been paid ion full.
What boggles and infuriates me, is the fact that it is NINE YEARS that I have not heard a word from them.

To me this is unethical, I understand that the lockdown had serious impact on many businesses, but I am not paying a debt, that I do not owe because they decide to contact me after NINE YEARS
