Pathetic disgusting unfair demanding of payment and listing on bureau

Got listed on a default, only once was contact made and not even provided with an opportunity to explain a situation. Was told that if payment is not made today of R1624, but a Doctor's bill was only R680, further action to be taken. Eloff Lady and her so called "manager" are very rude and should experience a taste of their own medicine of rudeness. Disgusting that attorneys will stoop so low to get an extra buck in these COVID times, yet you are charged for things that did not even happen. Wow!!! disgusting.
