MBDLC keeps smsing me and called me for a virgin account that wasn't filled in by me, the details were all wrong and even after i provided them with the right details the wrong person was being debited.
Also the contract was for me and my brother to be under me and after 3 months when i went to a branch i was told he can't and shouldn't be on my account.
I went and filled in cancellation forms, they faxed them out and followed up for a whole month till i was told that the person in charge is on leave and would contact me in a months time if need be.
I was not contacted and or debited by Virgin after that, until years later where now MBDLC is harassing me, I have explained the situation and asked MBDLC to send me the contact that I'm liable for with no luck for over 1 or 2 years?! How the is this company run?!
