Hi

I have been trying to get a hold of MBD via email for the past couple of months regarding my Truworths Account that they bought. They had placed a Trace Alert on my credit report last year even after I had sent countless emails for them to give me a breakdown of my account.

They have recently started sending sms's and email that say they will put a judgement against my name if I dont pay. Again I emailed them last week to send me a breakdown of the account and still no response.

Could you please assist.
