Agreement reached but still no action

I received a garnishee order from HTN for the amount of R642, i called to make arrangement for a lesser amount which they said i must pay my first installment.that was done and i sent all the papers but still the second month they took the very same amount, i complained and they responded that they my request was accepted i will now pay the lesser amount.but today when i check my payslip i realized that they deducted the very same amount as previous regardless of the agreement with Anissa.i don't know what to do now...
