R1044 for 30 minutes of nothing?

I went to see lawyer, Michael Range, to set up a Life partner contract for my partner and I as we do not feel the need to marry just yet and as we have built a house together it seemed a wise thing to do. Was there for no longer than 30 minutes whereby he said it's complicating as an ante nuptial is so much easier... i know that... He said nothing more than I already knew, as well as dragging out the appointment. I did not take note of the time, as I had not been billed yet... R768 ten days later was the fee for not even 30 minutes of nothing??.. Yesterday I was summoned to court. The charge-R1044. Sheriff's fee R47.65 for first visit, apparently, we were not home, R82 for second visit... We work from home. Who says these guys dont work together?? I paid the charge as I did not want humiliation of going to court. I will go to Small claims and even Public Protector whose been very helpful in the past! I want what is mine!
