Constant Threats

I have a payment agreement with MDB Attorneys to a certain amount each month. In December 2013 I still made a payment however it was less than agreed. I called in to instruct them to make a note on the system that I will be paying the agreed amount as of end January 2014. However I am still receiving threatening letters and calls and emails even though the call centre agreed to my call in. They really have a knack of making one feel guilty even when you call in and own up and take responsibility - its beyond ridiculous!! Enough please!! I am NOT running away - I CALLED IN AND INFORMED MBD - UPDATE YOUR SYSTEMS AND KEEP TRACK!!!
