This agent just debted my account with out my knowledge 25-11-2013 we never had an agreement and now they don't want to pay my money they having a lot of stories and last money i put a stop order so that they don't debt my account again but they did debt my account again i have called many times and always get lots of stories
now ahe told me that they are cloesd and i must wait till the 13 Jan 2014 i mean really this is very illgeal what they doing if i had the money to sue them believe i would this is really not fair
