I receive sms's on a weekly basis from MBDLC advising that I have not taken them up on the 50% offer on my ICG acc. I did a course through Intec College about 7 years ago and have had various "Agencies" calling me to say that my debt has been handed over to them. Each agency (except MBD) have been furnished by post and email copies of ALL the receiptsI have paid to ICG. I never get a response, but we I contact them have always been advised that my documentation has been received. I am now tired of being harassed by these people. Does the law not state that if a debt is older than 5 years it prescribes anyway. So if I did owe anything, it would have prescribed by now. The agents that I speak to are so doff they dont understand this.
