Unscrupulous billing means I don't see my daughte

Craig Schneider is a court appointed facilitator who is charged with protecting the best interests of my daughter. Over the course of 2 years he has billed me for work he hasn't done, and when I queried this with him he sent me bills for emailing him to query the account. Now he refuses to facilitate my issues, but does protect my ex's interests and as a result my daughter is growing up barely seeing her father.

I've lodged complaints with FAMAC, but Craig Schneider sits on the committee. When I asked FAMAC to disclose the relationship between Schneider and those that assessed my complaint they refused to do so. Why would they refuse transparency in the process I ask?

For nearly 18 months my contact with my little girl hasn't been assessed. I have letters from social workers who say that the small amount of contact I have is not in the best interest of my daughter, but Schneider wants money more than anything else. I find if revolting that someone will place their own greed above the interests of a little child. My ex does as she pleases - never even tells me what my daughter is doing at/after school, but Schneider just wants MONEY.
