I need answers from FNB

This is unbelievable. I had a credit card with FNB a while ago and fell into arrears due to financial difficulties. What I find strange is that I received an e-mail from their attorneys today to say that I owe R12, 263.21 and it's valid until today.

Earlier this year I did a credit check and that account showed a paid in full indicator on the payment profile and the adverse listing was not reflecting and I applied for finance at other institutions and my applications were approved latest being last week. To FNB how do you update a record on ITC and then expect me to pay it? Should Groenewald attorneys take a judgement as per the e-mail received I will lay a complaint with the Ombudsman and the Credit Bereuas
