Disrespectfull and disrgracefull manners of operat

I am getting letters of demand from them on a Edgars account that is. I did sort this out with Edgars, and still the mails are coming in. Talking to these operators are like talking to a typical uneducated person that think they are in a position of power. They are disrespectful - with a bad attitude - talk down to you - and in general gave me the feeling that this person was of a low class and she was used to talking to callers in this way, and intimidating them as non payers. You will not get pass them - the big bosses just sit in the ivory tower and make a lot of money out of their call centers. Shame on you! teach your operators a bit of class.
