Bad Attitude, RUDE and no feedback or response

I have spoken to 3 different people in 2 days... ALL OF THEM RUDE
I just spoke to someone and while I am speaking to her, she is having a conversation with one of her most probably equally rude cohorts!!!

I have left 4 messages for Thandi in 2 days... still no response. It is now 10:58. I called at 08H00 and just before 10h00 to be told she is still in a meeting... now being almost 11, this is one loooonng meeting

I want to sort out my husband's account that dates back almost 9 YEARS, this being the 1st contact that he owes this money. I know the NCR act... and we will NOT be paying. When I told Kelvin I will be contact the National Credit Regulator and Ombudsman, he said I should do so

So... guess what!!!

I will be doing just that!!
