Still harrasing me as well

All of the sudden I again receive emails "letter of demands" from Shapiro stating I owe money to Iburst.
I NEVER HAD A Iburst Account in my life!!! I have also requested numerous of times proof of a contracts where I signed up for the Iburst Accounts but I have yet not received anything.

How is it possible that people like this can demand money from you if they cannot provide you with proof of the so-called accounts??? If this does not stop I will have to open a case of harassment against this company! I HAD IT!!!
