UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!!

I have requested my original statement and proof of the sending of my account every month, yet all I get is summaries... This is unacceptable. I have too declared this debt prescribed - yet no one has sent me any correspondence regarding this.
And then, on 23/08/2013 at 16:14, I get a call on my cell at from a lady named Nomqobo (I am not familiar with the spelling) - when i told her that I have requested I only be contacted after 5pm, and that i have been told i can correspond via email but no one is replying, she said she cannot phone me after 5 as she will already be at home. She said she will call at 4.30 - when i said that i leave work at 4.30 she must phone me after 5, she sarcastically grunted a giggle to herself and when I asked what exactly that was for, her first response was "nothing" and when i asked her how she can speak to a client like that, she continued to ignore me for the duration of our call! This is disgusting!! How dare she waste my time and ignore me!

I have had enough of this! THIS DEBT IS PRESCRIBED!!! close my file or I will take this matter further!
