Constant threats

I was called to settle an account with them, was told 4 times that failure to pay on the agreed date will result in immediate legal proceedings. Four times! I settled the account the same day and even though the call was recorded, even though the person calling promised to have an email sent to me, I'm still waiting.

Leading up to this event. Is constant threats and automated voice message.

Undoubtably the worst company I have ever dealt with and I question any company associated with RL daly.
