MTN account in GOOD standing

I have received multiple phone calls regarding Debt I have with MTN. Not once have I received any form of letter or email stating this. I have requested documentation as proof but not once have I received anything. I have gone to MTN and they have checked my account as well as contacted their legal department but to their knowledge my account is in good standing.

I am now fed up with the harassment and I am seriously considering getting myself a lawyer to sort this out.

I will also be contacting the Ombudsman to get this matter resolved once and for all!!
