Nel Attorneys was appointed in Feb 2013 to facilitate the sale and transfer of our property. 5 - 6 months later, we are now only coming to the end of the deal. They have had nothing but excuses, never their fault, though. 3 weeks after I gave the agent my FICA documents, they requested it again?! Fri, 25 July 2013 they sent e-mail & sms to say property has been registered (after they redid it twice). Shockingly I got a call from the agent to hand over keys. Nel has to date sent no recon of the transaction, I have no proof that my bond has been settled, the levies have still not been paid and we still have no idea what the net effect of this deal is nor their fees. They have sent me the most rude and disgusting letter demanding that I hand over keys, yet they have provided no proof that they have done anything at all! I am absolutely disgusted in their service and the way they deal with clients. I would never recommend them to anyone as their word is no good and their reputation now precedes them by far. They are indeed, the most incompetent attorneys I have ever encountered!
