Debt Secure
Pathetic!!

An outstanding debt to a doctor was handed over to debtsecure whilst i was in hospital due to a shooting during a hijacking. On my discharge i paid debtsecure the amount of R470.24 in July 2012. In October 2012 i received a letter from my salaries dpt stating that i am now being garnished, i contacted Rudolph and emailed proof of payment made on the 19th July, i was referred to the Director of the company who said to me 'i can go and, he will do nothing to sort this out'. I then contacted Candice Grobler who was helpful and not rude, however, as of this morning i heard that she no longer works there. Fatima Naidoo has received the bank statements from Wits University where i work proving that payments from the garnishee have been paid to them, yet the letter to Wits asking them to cancel the garnishee has still not been made. i have now paid R1410 for a debt of R470 that was paid for long before the garnishee order was made. The attitudes of Rudolph and the Director are pathetic and rude. i will escalate this issue should i receive no response.
