Incompetent Manage

I had been receiving text messages from this debt collections company and Louisa Ramogale was such a darling, she followed all process and I explained to her that I had a pending investigation with edgars as I had never taken out an account with Edgars. I then spoke to Themba Radebe, a manager, who was not interested in what I was saying as he kept telling me to go into the store once and I informed him that I had done that already and was being inconvenienced now. He was also shouting on the line which shows a lack of professionalism from his side. His efforts to assist were non existent. It was as though he is getting a huge commission if I was to get blacklisted as that was his conclusion. I informed him to contact Edgars and enquire on the investigation but he said he is not able to do so but it's more like he is not willing to do so. Louisa should be his manager instead as she is more efficient that his Themba character. This company is thriving from my case.
