Continuous Emails and Text Messages

I currently have an account with MBD for a credit card I owe money on. I know this exists, and am paying an agreed amount each month towards this.

However, MBD started sending me emails some time back stating they are offering me a discounted amount if I pay the full discounted amount off within seven days.

I have contacted MBD via email and made the same request telephonically that these be stopped. I am unable to pay the discounted amounted and won't be able to for many years to come. Yet I still receive the same emails and messages.

This constitutes harassment and spamming and I wish it to stop before taking further action of my own.
