Phony account settlement... trying to money

I have been receiving sms's regarding numerous different outstanding accounts and that if I don't settle them further action will be taken. I have phoned this stupid NORMAN BISSET GROUP... and asked them to remove my number from their system which I was told all 3 times that they were taking it off as we speak... today again I received an sms from them regarding an outstanding account!!! I don't know how to get through to them, and if I keep receiving these borderline harassment sms's I will take the matter further... THIS IS RIDICULOUS and I can see from the numerous hello peter messages that this is quite common... is there nothing we can do as a group and get this stupid firm stopped and dismantled because they are actually doing a disservice and there must be some sort of legal action that we can take against them!!!
