No feedback after numerous attempts

Black Pearl Liquidators was appointed as the trustee of my insolvent estate. I cannot make contact telephonically and neither Nicolene Botes or Cornemari Viljoen respond to my e-mails.
The last feedback I received is that the First meeting for Creditors was convened, It has been 3-months with no further feedback.
