Deducting monthly prime subscriptions without consent

EDREAMS flight bookings are the biggest scammers. I booked flight tickets in August. They have locked in my card details and have been deducting monthly PRIME SUBSCRIPTIONS without my consent. They do not do it as a debit order but as a purchase. The bank cannot do anything because it looks like a purchase.

I cannot get hold of them by phone or email. I cannot delete my card details because they have locked them in.
