Paid but never received parcel

I placed an online order on the 16th may 2023 . Paid and received payment confirmation via email from payfast .. and order confirmation from the company thanking me for placing the order and that I will soon received another email with my order number as well .. I still haven’t received anything from them till today .. I have been calling them on a daily basis sending emails also only to be given false hope as to my order being processed.. I was also asked to forward my proof of payment thrice of which I did because they say my payment is not reflecting on their side .. each time I call it’s a different story .. I just want my money back because clearly I will never receive my parcel
