Easter ruined for studying student

Today I received a package from net florist which was supposed to be in my possession on Thursday... Not only is it 6 days late... The package was chocolate Easter bunnies and they look like they have been in a chocolate bunny dropping contest because they have been shattered. This was supposed to be a gift from my parents in Johannesburg and now it has ruined both the idea behind the gift and the surprise. I have used net florist to great success before but this is absolutely ridiculous and the people responsible should be ashamed of themselves. I would like to thank net florist for ruining my Easter surprise and thank google or helping me to find a better online facility that doesn't supply bad service.
