Bay Point Trading
False promise about Domain registration

Internet & Web

Bay Point offered a service which was very misleading. The promised that I would be buying a domain for [URL Removed] and that all queries for courier services would go directly to my website contact page. So their call centre operator said i had to pay asap which was around R4500. I did. I repeatedly sent them messages to let them know that i was not getting enquiries and i wondered whether i was misled. Luke told me that there is no ways that the Call Centre operator could have offered me that. he says it has to do with google and it would eventually grow and i would get enquiries. The sent me a "domain ownership certificate" which has NO VALUE, and apparently i had it checked and it is actually "photoshopped". Now im brining this to your attention so that other companies don't get into the same trap and in the meantime i wish to take the matter further and let them be exposed. I have copies of all communication via email as well as invoice as well as their "fake Domain Ownership certificate" which has no value. To enquire anything from them, they respond in technical Jargon that they know for sure is incomprehensible.
