HELP!!! HOSTCOW IS NOT RESPONDING

My two domains are expiring and I need to renew them. I have paid all fees for both to be renewed. I have submitted a support ticket but no one is responding to it for four days. No one is answering phone calls or replying to any emails. I need this site to be up and running. Hostcow what is happening why are you not responding to your customers???
