Refusal to consent to rescind judgement

I made the mistake a few years back of using host4africa. I ran into financial problems, and couldnt pay them for web hosting. They ran up a nice bill of about R6000-00 for issuing summons, etc to collect R500-00, yes, R500-00. I had to pay it all and did so over 3 months. I then got a letter from their attorneys confirming the matter has been settled. I recruited an attorney to get the judgement rescinded as I would like to clear my name and enjoy the benefits of a clear name. My attorney tells me now this morning that host4africa refuses to consent to the rescission, and wont give a reason. Further to this, there is no contact number for host4africa.
