You didnt give me what i ordered!

My sister and I stumbled upon a guess bag on 36style for around R600 and immediately placed an order for 2. i just got the item delivered and its just clutches, not the bags advertised on their website, we both went onto the website and the advert has been pulled. this is against the CPA and it is not fair we didnt get what was advertised, i was my money returned to me immediately or better still, i want the bag that was advertised. I have screen shots that prove you guys had it advertised. someone better call and explain and resolve this immediately! this is against everything consumer protections stands for. if you wrongfully advertised it then the better option would have been to let customers know rather than delivering them an item they didnt want.
