Very disappointed with Expansys business ptatice!

I ordered an Otterbox Defender case for a Samsung Galaxy note 2 on the 22 December. Tried calling the call centre no answer. Very disappointed! This is not the way one should conduct business. I have already paid R670 to them not knowing if I will be receiving the goods. I guess I have to kiss it bye bye! Thank u expanys for making my Friday more miserable! Thanks alot!
