VODACOM - HEAD OFFICE
No assistance for a month

Good day,

We have been trying for a month to get our Vodacom internet Wi-Fi connected. We have phoned, WhatsApped, and emailed numerous times. The consultants keep escalating the issue to Openserve, but there has been no response. They delivered the modem, but no one is attending to assist with the installation.

We are working from home and have marked it as urgent because I am in the medical field and my husband works as a professor at a university. It's really bad service. We are reaching a point where we might cancel everything and go somewhere else. The service is very poor, and the consultant lady never assists. When we phone, she is on lunch and says she will email.

Openserve says to phone our ISP.
