I placed an order with netflorist on the 28th of January but rememebered the recipient would not be at the listed address on the mentioned delivery day. I contacted netflorist via Email and received a response from Zainab Ebrahim. She was really helpful and got the date and address changed for me in no time. Excellent customer service right there.
