Still waiting on delivery!!

I bought a watch online of R1499 and paid for it on the 5th December 2013. To date I have not received my order! I have made numorous contact with them via emails and calls. When ever I call they would talk about skeleton staff and workshops their staff is attending. I bouth that watch for my boyfriend for xmas, I had to spend extra money to buy him another present! I do not want this flippen watch anymore I want my money back; in full!! Their service is poor!!
