Absolutely useless

I posted and paid for an ad on this site which highlights your ad at the top of every list. And this went as it was supposed to. I then went onto the mobile site on my cell only to see that none of the paid for ads come up on the top of the lists, they are way down the list on the date that you posed the ad. I sent 3 separate emails to Gumtree and to this day have not got any reply. So I have paid for my ad, and I don't get the correct advertising as promised on the site. Why should I have paid for it in the first place if paying makes no difference as to posting a free ad.
