Updated Gumtree website is a bust!!

I am trying to post adverts for my boss on Gumtree. We have been reposting and updating our ads daily for over a year now and have rarely experienced any issues. The ad content has remained consistent for the last 6 months. Since the site was given a new look recently the issue of slow uploads (I am talking continental drift speeds) has persisted.

Since the site was recently updated uploading images - the same ones I posted before the website was updated now takes up to 30 minutes to load up to 2 images. Before the update I did not have this problem. What the heck is going on? I have tried from two different computers in different areas (the office and from home) and the problem persists.

I have checked upload speed on my side and it is 24mpbs. The problem is since the updated site was launched. Please fix this as I have now waited an hour and the site has uploaded 3 images of 1-3mgs in size. This is a serious issue!!!

There is no one to phone and I have logged a ticket, but can someone please get hold of me and sort out the issue!!
