I have been waiting for Buhle to get hold of me for the last 3 days, no one else can help me at the service centre and i constantly get told he will contact me but this does not happen. I'm very unhappy with the customer service i am getting and my problem is now taking weeks when it should've been handled by now. Everyone keeps just passing the buck and saying only Buhle can help me, this is a horrible system and should be looked at to improve the service you offer. All i want is for my issue to be handled. Thanks
