My applications a nightmare

I feel my applications are not been checked at all, cz every time I apply after 10 minutes I get a response that my application was unsuccessful. Is it really possible or have I been blacklisted at pnet agency? This is frustrating as unemployment is not a joke and for u guys not to take us seriously.
