Pnet website not functioning properly

It' been 2 months now trying to apply for jobs through their website every tim e I try to register and upload my CV it won't upload it it will say remove special characters on the CV but they just come up automatically when trying to phone them about the issue they will tell me I must have the latest software on my computer yet I have tried all new types of software/operating sytems from mobile to PC andthis is limiting me from getting a job as most big and good companies are registered on their website form please help as this urgent. Thanks
