I would just like to compliment Bidorbuy as I had an incredibly pleasant experience with them.
On Thursday the 25th of July, my boyfriend and I ordered a cat toy on [URL Removed] I found it was the most user friendly online shopping website, making my shopping experience super simple and frustration free.
Delivery was expected for the following Tuesday/Wednesday, as they stated in the confirmation email they sent me after purchasing my cats new toy, and that I was perfectly happy with, as I still found that considering my delivery period fell over a weekend that that was not a long time to wait at all.
While Starting my day on Monday morning (29th July) there was a knock at the door, and to my surprise my cats toy had arrived. I was so impressed with the immaculate service I received. I truly feel like I was treated like a VIP customer, even though we all know a cats toy is not of high importance. I feel it got treated with the same importance as a diamond ring.
I would like to extend a huge thank you to all the staff at Bidorbuy for their outstanding work. Keep it up, I will continue to spread the word about the amazing service I received :)
