WEBSITE RIP - OFF alex Greyling - [Email Removed]

Alex Greyling representing his company Zanda [Email Removed] purported to be a "Web Designer" and my Company, MotoWorx Ferndale CC, commissioned him to create a website based on his "professional" view of our business and his personal dealings with us.
We were charged over R49000.00 (forty nine thousand rand) by way of cash and services rendered to him for repairs of his various vehicles.
At no time were we given a choice of designs/ideas etc. When a colour change to "his" idea of a logo was requested, we were billed R1800.00 for this (3hours labour) for a click of a mouse.
We have had an enormous amount of negativity and even laughed at for being ripped-off as we have been.
Alex Greyling's excuse of a website constitutes a 4 page Microsoft Word document, cut and pasted into a public domain, Joomla webpage.

Mr Greyling refuses point blank to liaise with me. Will not respond to my emails or demands to rectify this matter.

We have had several professional opinions and all have agreed that the price for what has been delivered amount to R5000.00 at a stretch!

We need to recover these charges to enable us to appoint someone else to create a decent website.
