Dear Sir

Purchased a car Video camera which was faulty on receipt as does not charge and now I must send the goods back to China by post which the seller (West Coast Trading) did agree to pay this cost.
The goods could be while in transit and then I would then have no claim for ..

This item was faulty from the start and I prefer reimbursement as dont know why I must go to all this effort in sending back the goods to China as it could be while my deal was done with the local agent here not China!
The responsibility should be with the local seller to take back the unit and reimburse the expense for this rubbish unit.

The sellers response to me was as follows:

You have the details for returning the product for replacement. We even offered to pay for the postage.
